Daniel S. Weinstock focuses his practice on representing families of children with cerebral palsy and brain or spinal injuries caused by medical negligence. He has won multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements against careless obstetricians, pediatricians and other health care providers in 5 different states. Mr. Weinstock is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, but also regularly handles catastrophic medical negligence cases in courtrooms across the United States on a pro hac vice basis. His recent successes include:
$16 Million verdict in obstetric malpractice case.
$6.0 Million settlement in cerebral palsy case.
$3.5 Million settlement for failure to diagnoses carotid artery stenosis leading to stroke and brain injury.
$2.3 Million verdict in obstetric malpractice case.
$3.5 Million settlement in obstetric malpractice case.
$3.75 Million settlement for failure to diagnose blood clot in brain.
$7.5 Million settlement for brain injuries caused by misplaced catheter.

Mr. Weinstock also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy at the Temple University School of Law, where he teaches trial strategy and technique to practicing attorneys seeking a Master’s Degree of Law, and he teaches trial advocacy to law students at the Widener University School of Law. He frequently lectures on behalf of the American Association of Justice (formerly ATLA) and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly PaTLA) on trial strategy and technique.
